This is one of the places I have traditionally kept to myself. It is great for both lake access and a pit stop along the great trail. Sit under the trees with a book in the spring or go for a dip in the summer. You really can't go wrong with this little gem.

We love this park/boat launch a wonderful lake to lay back, play volley ball, lots of grassy area and room to run, and an amazing dock and swimming area always a blast for all

Wonderful area and Shawnigan Lake is awesome. Gets really busy however and parking is at a premium.
