The Chain Lake Camp Grounds and facilities are in wonderful condition and the outhouses are clean and freshly painted. Hosts, Carl & Shauna are as courtiess and friendly as they are professional. I, and all of my fellow Campers/Anglers and Guests to my site, had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the exceptional services that we received on our June/July trip to Chain Lake. 🛶🎣🔥🌞🙋‍♀️🎶🔦🤗

Chain lake campsite is awesome! The new hosts are very nice and helpful especially when we had problems with our tent trailer. Miss the recycling bins and the firewood is a little expensive however. Been going there for years and will continue and recommend it to others.

The site is run down. The picnic tables are broken or rotted. The trees need to be trimmed and the sites need some gravel since the grass is all worn down and they are just mud. The caretakers do not feel it is their duty to deal with this but since it is a forest site you would think tree trimming, gravel and log picnic tables would be easy enough to maintain. Very busy though so obviously not a problem for most campers.
