I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Pro-Fit Bootcamp!! Honestly, THE best workout I have EVER had. I recently bought 12 classes on a Groupon deal - BEST decision ever. These classes are the most amazing workouts; pushing you beyond your limits with a variety of exercises - weights, yoga, medicine balls, skipping (ugh), running, bench jumps, wall handstands - it's nonstop craziness!! Hamid, Andrew and Eric, you are all awesome. Thank you guys for the gruelling workouts over the past 12 weeks, I will be back ... looking forward to more!
