Good stop to visit Nelson. Only drawback is no rv dump site. Must leave with your wast and find a dump........

Wasn't to sure about this place when we arrived but ended up being okay. The owners home looks out over the small campground. THERE IS NO DUMP HERE,IT IS IN TOWN AND COST $10.00. There are 2 RV (Dometic) style toilets they are clean. One shower that costs $2.00 on the honor system. Needs to be cleaned and is open at the top so if it's cold outside it will be cold inside. Sites are level with grassy area. The owners are polite and helpful. The wifi is excellent. This is not a campground that you would hangout in during the day but use for day trips to the surrounding areas. Right off the road so traffic noise could be a problem. Stayed here in a Class B RV.

Lovely and quiet, this peaceful spot was perfect for our overnight stay. Darla was most welcoming and readily available to answer our questions. We will definitely stop by again! Wendy and Claire Vancouver

A gem of a place in one of the coolest cities around. The sites are relatively small, well maintained and the creek running through the property is very soothing. 5 mins to DT. 10 mins to the beach at the lake. The area looks like a mountain bikers paradise! Definitely a "will stay again" kind of place.
