The park was well maintained and the campground was great as well. Site 104 offered good privacy and was close the beach and restrooms. The host was so sweet! The beach was rocky but beautiful. Lots of sea creatures to find and a nice playground for the kids. There is a great little general store on the way in for all the things we forgot. The candy shop on the way out was a really fun way to end the trip too!

Wish I could a 0 star. Campground sucks! They should change the campground name to Ridiculous Rangers who are all over your every move! Came to our campsite at 9:59 and said quiet time is at 10. We could barely hear our music. No wonder people only stay one night and then leave. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

We stayed in site 27 and it was amazing. Good tree cover which kept a lot of rain off our tent and the site was a short walk away from beach access and play ground. The park held activities for kids and was really quiet. Everything we are looking for in a campground

Our family's favorite picnic spot! Picnic tables are close to parking area (parking pass required) in a huge grassy area surrounded by wild rose bushes & is just so lovely to relax there while kids play. Close by is a playground for kids (tho I think it's mostly for older kids...not much for toddlers). Across the street from picnic area is the beach & bay - full of little water creatures for kids to observe. Above picnic area (across the foot bridge & near the restrooms) is a campground we like to stroll through for short little walks. Nice in the summer heat because there is generally a breeze. Not a ton of shade on the beach, but some can be found in the picnic area. Bring jackets just in case it's chilly if you visit before summer time.

Very clean, great park staff. Choose your spot though because some are kinda close together. The best time to go in July is the beginning of the week not the end.
