We purchased our RV here two years ago and it was a very positive experience for us. We have had a terrific two years of 'snow birding' with zero issues with our Redwood fifth wheel. Upon our return this year we took our trailer back to Country Camping for some minor warranty issues and routine maintenance. This too was an excellent experience. Tanner Welsh was very professional and his team of mechanics were thorough and informative. Travis managed all the warranty liaison work and we were kept informed of all the work and costs associated with our RV service. These guys are first class and stand behind their product, nothing short of excellent after sales service. I would not hesitate to return and recommend them to anyone for RV sales and service.

Very attentive staff, we were greeted immediately upon walking in the door. While we waited for a sales associate we were asked by several different employees if we need assistance. The sales team was not pushy and worked at finding a soulution that would fit our needs. Definitely worth the drive from Kamloops.

If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. From the owners to the sales staff to the finance dept and ABOVE ALL... the SERVICE DEPARTMENT ROCKS! We bought our first major RV recently and I have to say... we shopped around. A LOT! We started at Country Camping and ended up right back there because there were no sleasy sales tactics. No phony come on smiles. They treat you like you have a brain in your head. We had some issues once we were parked in our new RV and they have been relentless making sure everything works properly. We absolutely loved everyone but I have to give a great big shout out to Matt in service. He is amazing and so patient. Now comes my one complaint. Please switch fridge manufacturers. Norcold fridges are simply awful pieces of equipment. If you tried to sell me something with this fridge in it again, I would say... sorry. No thanks. They are a pain! They are made poorly on top of the fact they don't perform properly. The crispers in the bottom are truly a pain in the neck every time you pull the drawer out. They don't fit in their spot and the plastic they are made of won't last very long they way you have to constantly juggle them around to make them close. They don't belong in an expensive unit. And they certainly don't belong in slide out's in hot climates. Ugh. I really don't like this fridge.

We showed up there this morning and parked right in front of the building and the guy that was riding around on his golf cart looked at us and went inside. We decided to start looking at the Rvs and trailers expecting someone to come help us. Another gentalman came out walked right past us and helped someone else without even saying hello. Two more sets of couples come and were help pretty much immediately and we were still walking around just looking. We know we are a younger couple we are both 25 years old but do expect to be treated fairly. We walked around and looked at what we would want for 20min half an hour took pictures of what we want and decided to leave since no one asked us if we need assistants. As we were walking back to our car not even 10 meters away from it a guy finally asks us if we need help. Needless to say we will be taking our money elsewhere to buy the fithwheel we want.

The staff has been great. Tech came out on a long weekend Friday afternoon to my campsite to fix a propane regulator problem. While there the Tech was also able to see a few more issues first hand and the guys fixed the issues once I got back from my camping trip. thanks Tanner and Staff
