We drove through the drive through for our purchase. I ordered a bacon bagel belt and a tea and my companion a coffee and muffin. We started driving away and I realized I did not get what I asked for as a sandwich. I drove back and the staff was very apologetic and were willing to make me a whole new sandwich. I said all I was missing was egg and didn't need the tomato. They corrected my order and apologized once again. I was more than happy with the sandwich there after! Thank you ladies! Great friendly service and fast!!!

Was a little chilly inside, fireplace off. Service was quick considering they were either under staffed or busier than used to. Coffee fresh as expected. AMAZING view. Server was not friendly.

They served everyone behind us before making our ice coffees, but they made our mediums large so I'm giving it a three star overall

Sassy ladies when ordering food. Quite rude.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Try to order some muffins in advance for a business and started arguing with me about it. Not accommodating to customers at all. Complained because they were busy, that basically we were an inconvenience.
