Have bought skis and accessories in the winter and bike gear in the summer. Very helpful knowledgeable staff. The rotating shop dogs are a lot of fun too.

My favourite bike shop in Fernie. Excellent service, and top quality bikes.

Thank you, thank you to the awesome staff at the Guides Hut for working your magic and getting me on a pair of the 2019 Volkl Secrets. They make me ski like a rock star! For any ladies out there who loved the original Volkl Aura, this is the new ski for you!

This place is just great! I was in need of some womens flat pedal shoes (you may know that they are very hard to find). Well The Guides Hut had lots of styles and super helpful staff! They brought me countless shoes to try on, and helped me find the perfect ones for my feet! Overall it was a great experience, and my shoes are awesome! Thanks Dana and Russ - you guys killed it! :)

I was told my bindings would be mounted and ready 3 days after I had paid for them. It's been 3 visits later and 16 days later and nothing has been even looked at. I was told on my second inquiry that my new equipment "was in the pile, we will text you". During my second and third inquiry on the bindings getting mounted, I wanted to purchase ski, bindings and boots for me and my other son, but I could not get anyone to help me. The mountain is not even open for weeks.
