I ordered a medium ice coffee and asked for it to be extra sweet. This is what I always get but they gave me an ice coffee with no sugar at all. It was so bitter and ruined my taste buds , my day has been ruined.

They don’t understand English and they don’t speak so you can understand. They went and put cream cheese on my beagle when I said no cream cheese and I am allergic to it. They need better employees.

Selection is terrible as they are always out of everything. Ordering can be very frustrating as the employees seem to have difficulty understanding orders. More training needed and more food available

All the staff stay in the back of the room by the drive-thru and avoid eye contact with people waiting at the counter most of the time. It usually takes 5 minutes to get service once you're at the front of the lineup, and up to another 10 minutes to get your order. I've waited 25 minutes at lunchtime to get food. There needs to be a designated counter person and the staff need to be more coordinated.
