The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have lots of programs available to help with finding work.

Absolutely abysmal. If you are an apprentice do not trust these people. I went to school in January and came here for help with the EI process thinking it would be easier. 6 months later I still haven’t seen a cent from EI and when I call to ask about it I receive no reply. The fact our tax dollars pay for this business is embarrassing.

Not very impressed with the service given to local apprentices. Regardless of the punctuality of my claim that they received at the earliest available time. They still have not supported me yet, 5 weeks in. Also to make clients drive to the office and physically pick up the cheques is ridiculous, it's 2018 direct deposit is available. Awful management and the policys they follow only pertain to this office alone.
