Lovely Modular Home park. Quite large--I believe 125 units. Clubhouse available for activities and tenants can book for special occasions. Friendly get-togethers and potlucks. Small pet allowed. Very friendly community. I would give 5 stars but there is no parking for visitors; some modular parks have designated visitor parking. Having said that, some units have extra parking space, some units only have one parking space so their visitors would have to park on the street outside the park. A real plus for this park is it is centrally located in the heart of Penticton so all your needs are within walking distance--the hospital is only two blocks away. The largest mall in the city (Cherry Lane) is only one block away. This is the ideal park to be in. It is a 55+ park.

This is a 55+ modular home community that houses my grandmother. The community is very nice, it's quite quiet, and centrally located for ease of living by the residents. It's walking distance to 3 grocery stores as well as a pharmacy, dollar store, thrift shop and mall.

Very nice place.

Quaint community, but only one entrance by car (2 walking), and some seriously massive hedges that extend into the road a bit.
