May 2018 I stayed in cabin#2 it was clean and comfortable, cabins are rustic so there is no running water in the cabins, I just brought my own water. There are water containers and running water in the shower houses but there was a water advisory when I was there so the best solution was to bring my own. The showers and toilets are very clean and are cleaned daily. The scenery around the area is outstanding and the fishing finominunal, talk to the guys in the office and they will be glad and willingly to tell you what the fish are biting on. I rented a Jon boat for 2 days, best move ever, stable lots of room and comfortable. It was my first to Tunkwa Lake, I've heard about it for years but could never get away but I am going to make it a annual get away for years to come, like a couple I met there Herman 88 years of age and his lovely wife Jeannette which have been going there for over 40 years. Good luck and hope this has been helpful.

Had a great weekend at Tunkwa Lake Resort. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. I would most definitely recommend this spot to anyone interested in a fishing trip. Big thanks to Al and the rest of the staff!

This us a very nice place, I enjoyed waking up in the mornings there seeing the fog floating on top of the water and it has a nice path to take a walk the only thing that I can say that is wrong is that the cabins are so close together, but other than that it is a nice place to go

Great place for a fishing trip! Water can get pretty busy on the weekends so if your looking for a quiet lake dome during the week
