It was okay. I just dropped by for a couple hours, I didn't camp there. The lake was really nice. There was a pebble shoreline. There were a few people on the shore while I was there. Some of them were obviously intoxicated because they were hooting and hollering and generally disrupting the peacefulness of the park. I wouldn't go back.

What a gorgeous place! The trees are huge and the sunsets marvelous! Plenty of trails to get your heart beating! It was a very quiet evening for a walk to the point.

Excellent campsite for families. Awesome beach. Playground, bike track and outdoor theater. Flush toilets and showers for those who don't like it too rough.

One of the top campground in vancouver island....well maintained, friendly staff, flush toilet & showers service are available. Good thing is that shower is not coin operated. The campgroud is very close to lake. There is a kids playground , bike trail. The beach area is also nice though it is rocky one.
