We stopped in for drinking water for our RV because the place we stayed at had a boil water advisory and we definitely did not want to put contaminated water in our clean water tank. This was an unusual request but they accommodated us with a cash donation by us. We are very thankful they helped us out.

Good to sleep in. Comfy beds. And the ac works great to help me sleep at night. Also with the smart tv was happy with that. Thank you.

This one is not going to be for everyone but personally I have nothing negative to say Pleasant View Motel is a quaint little Motel right on the highway in Summerland. It was incredibly easy to check in even though I arrived in the middle of the night with no notice no reservation no credit card. I showed my ID I left $100 cash deposit and are you ready for this I paid $45 plus tax for the room and he extended my check out time to 1 p.m. for nothing. I am ecstatic over finding this little Hidden Gem I had no idea the rooms are quite simple relatively clean very tidy and uncluttered the room comes with a full bathroom bathtub flat screen TV mini fridge microwave air conditioner coffee pot there is free WiFi and cable and it has been very quiet for the whole three days and nights that I've stayed here so far I got to park right outside my door to my room and I'm within walking distance to a lot of amenities here in Summerland Tim Horton's Dairy Queen IGA dollar stores pho Vietnamese restaurant A&W husky Esso Petrol Canada liquor store and Pub rooms are also pet friendly and it has the lowest pet fee that I've ever encountered in my time is staying in hotels with my pet it's simply cost an additional $5 a night Pleasant View Motel I give you two thumbs up and I will definitely be back I would recommend it and definitely will. Thank you 4 doing what it is you believe your Motel should do regardless if it stands out amongst all the other ones you are in a class all on your own and I'm glad that I found you

Well, where do I start? Point form is easier. - Our room was not what we reserved - Manager was rude. - The coffee pot in our room was not cleaned from the last customer. - The room was moderately clean at best. The entire room is in need of a dusting and the carpet has had it. - This is 2017 and the comp shampoo and conditioner best before date was dated back to 2015. - The airconditoning at times sounded like a hit and miss engine and some stuff flew out of it when we fired it up. - The tv ? 5 channels ? In this day and age? - The bathroom simply needs Mike Holmes and his crew to take it to the studs and re-do it. It's rough and moldy in spots. - I gave it 1 star because I slept pretty good in the bed. You might ask, with so much to say about this place why did I stay? Because Every place within the area (102 hotels/motels) were sold out. Recommend? Nope. Am I coming back? Nope. It did bring back fond memories of the musty smell of the old hunting camp when I walked in............. 1 star is plenty for this old place.
