Staff upstairs didnt bother speaking to at all. They we're more concerned with they're conversation. The upstairs is laid out nicly but we only came for the Patagonia outlet. They had a bit of everything including the new spring line and the gentleman downstairs was knowledgeable and easy to talk to!

Snowpack is my favourite store in Nelson for outdoor and travel wear. Quality brand names and good service bring me back every season. The selection is substantial twice a year (warm weather/cool weather)...more stylish clothing than the other two outdoor shops in town.
