Not suitable for children as the old man on the property frequently yells at them for being children and playing anywhere outside of their site or down the beach. Doesn't allow even propane fireplaces, despite being allowed by local fire department... even on the beach which isn't their property. We were yelled at, mistreated and my children became fearful of being there. My parents have had profanities and threats yelled at them by father of current owners and nothing positive came out of it. I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore, it used to be a wonderful place to go, but no longer is.
