This is a very messy, dirty and run down mobile home park. My fiance and I moved into a trailer here that was NOT ready to be rented. We went without running water for 12 days!!!!!! The owner was ever so polite and offered a deduction of a whopping $50 off our next month's rent. There were no light fixtures etc... As soon as he had the rent money in his hand, his polite interactions turned into threats of eviction because he didn't "like our company!" If you're considering this place as your home I caution you!!!! g

The people are friendly and the owner is very keen on cleaning up the park.

Badly run by slumlords and crooks. Lots of abandoned trailers full of drug addicts. Road was ripped up years ago to fix underground utilities and was never replaced. Sorry and dangerous stay far away.
