This is how it looked, and they were totally slammed. Either not enough staff or exceptionally poor management of the front, drive through and mobile orders left us waiting 20 minutes for food that ended up being mostly wrong. Sorry, I don't normally post negative reviews like this, but I just had to call these guys out on mismanaging expectations or priories and seemingly hanging their poor staff out to dry.

Every Tom Hortons is great. And this one particularly was very good because in Alberta we found many Tim Hortons with burnt coffee, but this one was great. No long line, by a fast station, which is always a plus. If you are passing by and need a coffee, this Timmy is recommended.

Very busy place. Got wrong item for one of my order and one order was never received. I guess it was because of new staff in training. Place is well kept.

Good tim Hortons. Pretty easy on and off the highway. The wash rooms could use a little more frequent cleaning. And a air freshener. Food is usually pretty good and coffee is always fresh. Last time I was in they didn’t have both cash registers going but plenty enough staff to do so. So not sure why the mine. But other than that typical Tim hortons.

Hopefully just the one place, but awful food, trainee service. Everything was so bad it was kitsch
