Very well signed trails. Taking 3&4 up to the look out point from Seymour Heights was not too taxing. Trail 1 was quite steep on our decent. Washroom and parking for Mount Maxwell Rd (for non-hikers) located at the look out point. Spectacular views.

The road to Mt Maxwell is unpaved and rough and steep in places, but can be navigated by cars if you drive slow. It's worth the drive as the views are spectacular.

Amazing view. The drive up is pretty rough. Recommend having a 4x4. If not, just be careful. I think I wrecked the suspension on my Hyundai Elantra.

Rough drive up but totally worth it! The views at the top of the mountain are breathtaking. Everything is well maintained and safe for families.

Lots of trails around the main view points looking out over Burgoyn Bay and Vancouver Island. I would definetely come back to hike down and up to explore this area further.
