Anuttara Ashram is so welcoming, peaceful, nurturing and honestly life changing! Going for any length of time will leave you feeling so much more whole then you felt when you arrived! Give you're mind, body and spirit some love and pay them a visit! I promise you will thank me!

I had a great time in the beauty, silence and peace of this place. The community was really welcoming, and there's a great balance of serious spiritual practice and time to enjoy together.

The Anuttara Ashram is the most beautiful place I've ever seen. Being surrounded by a landscape one only sees in nature documentaries there is no other way than feeling reconnected to nature. It's the perfect place to have a break from the rush and stress you build up while living a hectic urban life and concentrate on spiritual practices. Staying in beautiful little cabins, fresh water from the creek, making your own fire, just coming back and living a more basic but a much more pure and grounded life with a wonderful and really international and open-minded community. I spent 6 weeks at the Ashram and underwent a great journey during my stay. I had the most wonderful experiences I've ever had with myself and with the community and I found a new home. There are no words to describe how grateful I am that Thomas and Aarti offer a place like this and share all the practices and that I had the opportunity to spent some time with this pure, energetic, healing and more than loving community. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, there is so much to learn and to experience. And I am already looking forward to come back. Lots of love, Anna-Lena

I came to Anutarra to embrace the natural world, and BE with myself. I found there wild nature and abundant gardens, a well rooted and diverse spiritual knowledge, and a group of kind and hilarious individuals. Anutarra enabled me to become more rugged! From outdoor night showers, to black bear sightings and harvesting veggies in the rain, I am more confident in the outdoors. At Anutarra I went deeper into my inner landscape. I found presence and stillness, learned more about acceptance and patience, and confidence. I feel very grateful for having the opportunity to learn about several different yogic traditions as well as Buddhist Vipassana practice. I am very appreciative to Thomas and Aarti for nurturing this sacred place for ANYONE to come to to learn about themselves, community and nature. Much Love!!! Chelsea (Sailor)
