This was a really cool hike. Almost like an obstacle course! I had running shoes on and was fine, but it is pretty rocky/cliffy, so be prepared for that! Great views at the top too. We took a long break at the second lookout and still finished in around 4-5 hours.

Wonderful hike, absolutely beautiful views. The first peak is fairly accessible to hikers of all abilities. The second and third peaks are a bit technical. With some ladders and chains/ropes to climb to the summit. Use the alternate route to get back to the parking lot from the third peak. Warning, it is quite steep getting down. Totally worth the hike. We were told it would take between 4-6 hours to complete the three peaks. We are not super hikers, and took water, pee, snack, and lunch breaks and managed to complete it in 4 hours and 20 mins. Wear good hiking boots.

Not an easy hike, as there's over 500 m of elevation gain over about 2.5 km. So it's up and up and lots of stairs at the start. It's worth it to go the extra distance to the second (or you'd third) peak for the amazing view. It'll be about 5 hours including time at the top to chill and have lunch/snack. Bring lots of water and food (and some buddies of course)!!

One of my favourite hikes in the Vancouver area. Your reward is a stellar view of the Howe Sound and Squamish. It's a moderate hike with 3 peaks, but you can easily do it round-trip in half a day. I typically just do peaks 2 and 3, because you can see peak 1 from peak 2 anyway, and it's busier at 1. There are tame chipmunks on the peaks where everyone eats lunch. They'll come right up to your hand and take food. There's also a popular climbing route up the rock wall. You'll often see climbers run down the hiking trails with all their ropes and gear.

The chief is an amazing hike. We do it at least once a year. 3rd peak is the best one to go to. Way less people and the best view of all. The first part is lots of stairs and the second half is rocky terrain so good supportive hiking boots are important.
