Reasonably priced RV park. Clean restrooms and laundry facilities. The WIFI worked. Cellular service from Verizon and T Mobile worked well. Have paved road and grass/gravel parking sites.

Great location. While front entrance is truly right across from the beach, the property is huge, so your walk could be longer than you think; but who cares? On a nice day in the summer, its a great way to burn off those extra hot dogs or chips! The property has a nice pool and amenity building with pool tables and ping pong tables, a library, lots of seating, and a small kitchen. There are activities going on all the time in the summer. We have only visited a friends here a couple of times, but if you are looking for a place to buy in Birch bay, this is one of the nicer properties.

The people at the park (management) are very intrusive in your life. Not a good place to live

Love it here! Everything is nice and clean and the staff is very nice. The only thing that is questionable is the WiFi seems to be a little weak. Even so, I plan on being here for a long time!
