I've been coming to Survivor Fitness False Creek for 6 weeks now. I really enjoy starting my day early 3 times a week to work out with Jonathan and Jennifer. They are friendly, funny, approachable, passionate and knowledgeable. They are dependable (ready before 6) and consistent and always make sure we are finished by 7am. After 6 weeks I have gained strength and speed completing the exercises and can feel a gain in muscle mass. It's hard to find a place to work out where you are pushed hard enough to get results, yet is still enjoyable and you feel you could easily keep up with the weekly schedule. I would highly recommend this bootcamp to anyone. Regards, Ryan

Jon and Jen are an amazing couple. Lots of energy, positivity and plenty of knowledge for every person that attends their boot camp. The workouts push you, but they are fun and you will see results. I highly recommend you try at least one session and you will be hooked for sure.

Love the energy Jon and Jen bring to my morning work out! The circuits are innovative and challenging, but definitely doable and the trainers are always available to offer suggestions for alternatives and to help correct form.

Great teachers and a fun experience! They were very accommodating to the new people. The evening class is great for those of us that don't want to get up that early. Thanks a lot!
