We purchased a used fifth wheel from Traveland West Kelowna 2 years ago. Salesman was AWESOME....until we signed the sales agreement....then NOWHERE to be found! No congratulations no thanks for coming in....just literally ABANDONED!!!!! We immediately found some issues upon delivery (a wall with water damage and a roof fan that didn't operate properly). It took nearly 30 days for them to send a tech to look at it and he said he couldn't find the leak in the wall but presumed it came from the window. He did however put gunk on the roof in various spots saying he's just "making sure it doesn't leak". Thank God we purchased a 4 year warranty with this unit as after 30 days they told us any further repairs have to go through warranty. And many have....I repeat MANY. Fridge, furnace, hot water heater, two fantastic fans, totalling around $7000.00! And that is only 2 years into our warranty!!!! We also went to fill our 30lb propane tanks to find not only were they OLDER THAN OUR TRAILER but they were EXPIRED AS WELL so could not fill them. We did contact Traveland over this concern and they did give us 2 brand new tanks. KUDOS to them for this. The most disconcerting and heartbreaking thing is the wall which 2 years later and NOT covered by warranty is still leaking after last week's horrible rain storm....which is gonna require A LOT of money and rebuild to repair. Do your extensive homework people and don't ever take for granted that your friendly dealer is there for you because they generally are NOT once the unit is YOURS....their attitude is "DONE! NEXT PLEASE!!!"

Could not be more happy with our buying experience with our first ever trailer purchase. Jamie was amazing. He listened to what we were looking for, genuinely cared about setting us up with the right purchase, didn't pressure us at all and worked with our time frame, and always went the extra mile to get us the information we needed. As someone who has spent a good amount of time as a sales trainer I was impressed with the way he worked with us - It is everything you hope to experience as a customer. We always felt valued as customers and felt at home every time we went in. We shopped around a ton and did a lot of research and all the people we dealt with at Traveland were great and I would say for sure gave us a better feeling then the other places we went. Thanks guys!

I spent a lot of time shopping at dealerships for our new trailer. It was a huge purchase for us and I wanted to make sure it was perfect. I had put a trailer on hold at another dealership, but after speaking with Jamie at Traveland the purchase became more about JUST buying a trailer... it became about investing in a company that I knew would take care of us. As cheesy as that sounds, it's the truth. Jamie was SO knowledgeable and never pressured us. He was patient and answered all of our questions on the 4 different visits that we made before the sale. We are so confident in our decision because of Jamie and the team at Traveland and I am so grateful from the bottom of my heart.

At Traveland RV we weren't sold a trailer, but we did buy one from Traveland. We checked out other retailers, but came back to Traveland because Jamie took the time to educate these 2 trailer novices. He explained to us what our options were in our price and size range and encouraged us to do what was best for us. There were no surprises. This education carried on through picking up our new trailer to our very first trailer camping trip. So much better than tenting! I am happy to be part of the Traveland family. Thanks Mike, Justin and Jamie.
