The new management in 2018 is amazing. It was my first time there and the experience my family had was breathtaking. The waterfall and trail network are wonderful! Sites offer great privacy. I’ll dream about coming back everyday! Thank you sandy and sandy!

We would never stay here again. Location could have been nice but the camp hosts did not have control of the unruly, disrespectful, drunk, loud, younger campers who supposedly come there every year to celebrate the life/death of a fellow skateboarder. The revelers simply get drunk, stoned, loud, stupid to "celebrate"??? So disrespectful!!! So would NEVER stay here again. We did not get any sleep at night with noise and bright lights shining in our windows all night from a drunk idiot's backed in truck (white) We left, however a couple of fellow sane campers wanted to gather forces to make these crappy campers be more like real campers. Not sure what happened because we left. BTW we are from Colorado and do not mind POT OR HASH SMELL. THESE ICKY CAMPERS WERE JUST WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!! This review does not cover all rge egregious behavior of these non-campers. The camp hosts need to get a stronger grip on the CG and,"guests ".

Great campground, shaded sites, wifi and a pay phone. No cell service in this area

Very beautiful and often quiet. A hidden gem with interesting hikes nearby.

Rustic, historic area with some intense hikes and climbing just around the corner next to the lake.
