Great location, great food, amazing hospitality. The solitude of Deboullie with the comforts of home. Jen and Gloria do great work and this may very well become an annual pilgrimage for me.

Very much a hidden gem in the northern woods of Maine. Great place for a weekend or even a week. This is a dog friendly camp!

Awesome - accommodating - friendly hosts. Very clean with all the necessary conveniences. A great place to visit - fish - hunt - hike.

My four sons, two of my grandsons, my greatgrandson, my granddaughter and her husband, and I were privileged to spend several days, at Red River Camps, a couple years ago. We had a terrific time there and have been talking about it ever since. There is fly-fishing territory all around and you might catch one of those Blue-back trout which only exist in a couple places in the country. I developed a flat tire, while there, and had visions of driving the 20 odd miles to Portage but Jen fixed it and I am still driving on it. The atmosphere is astounding, the people who run the place are very knowledgeable and friendly, and often the only sound you will hear is a loon giving off his unforgetable maniacal cry. If you want to experience the Maine Woods, make Red River Camps your choice. .
