Full service campground with showers, bathrooms and laundry. Central location to shopping, sightseeing, and more. Beautiful grounds in this municipal Park.l

Very rude at the counter and was stuck waiting to get in because someone left the barricade down while they decided to leave the guard building.

Check-in was really nice. But the second night someone was staying I our spot and they didn't care at all... It took one hour until we got a new spot and our towels were stolen... and the security didn't do anything... the next morning we were told that there was nothing they could do since the other people had left already... not very helpful!

We were given a site "overlooking the city", which basically means you're camping next to the dull roar of the highway & the urban beauty of a rail yard -- definitely less serene than our last 7 nights in Nova Scotia. That being said, the lady on the front desk was polite & friendly, the washrooms were well kept, the showers were free & warm & it cost $40 for the night. If you want a beautiful, quiet campsite then no guarantees with this place - but if you just need somewhere to stop for a night or two then this will probably suffice.
