Less densely packed than the main Terra Nova campground, which leads to (mostly) quieter nights and a bit more of a sense of isolation. If that's your bag, then you'll like these sites. Plus, closer to some nice sightseeing and eating around Eastport.

Highly recommend the otentiks. They have wood stoves but bring lots of wood with you. They are not well insulated.....being vinyl tents on decks and all......

Very clean bathrooms and showers. Very family oriented and had lots of kids running around so may not be ideal for people looking for some quiet time.

My family and I stayed at the otentiks by the water in the summer of 2017. The accommodations are very nice but my wife did not appreciate the fact there wasn't a washroom in that location, instead she had to settle for an outhouse. Not such a big deal for me but that is a little unusual for a national park.
