Pool shower were gross and you have to bend down to take a shower because how short they have the shower heads. The showers by the beach were very clean but couldn't use them due to no hot water. The beach is the best part about this place. Camp sites are not cleaned after someone leaves. There we nails, broken tent steaks, water bottles, and plastic all over our camp site. Not pleased with that. Neighbors to the right of us were absolutely horrible. Trying to start problems on purpose. Price is good for what you get to pitch your own tent. Would like to give it a try one more time to see if we have a better experience.

Very nice and quiet camp. I almost go there every year. They have a lot of activities from fishing, waking, playing basketball soccer and golf. Also they have boat for rent and last week they just open the biggest zipline in Michigan.

We can't afford a big enough camper to fit 4 people. We are camping with our teenage grandsons so wanted to use a tent for them while we sleep in the 1 bed camper. This campground refused to allow us to let them stay in a tent on the same lot as our camper. What a shame that they will do anything to make an extra buck trying to make you lease another camp site just for the kids to stay in a tent! You would think they would be supportive of adults who are trying to keep track of what their teenage boys are doing in the middle of the night instead of separating them!

I’ve been for day at the beach a few times, beach is alright, clean, lots of space, but nothing special. Tried calling to book a cabin potentially for a weekend this summer and the lady on the phone was rude and seemed annoyed. Beware if you don’t call 2 months in advance you won’t get a cabin. I was going to rate 3 stars but the lady hung up on me at the end so I figured 2 is good.

Beautiful campground. I wish we would have been informed about park reservations at the time of our reservation of an event they were having. We had to pack up and leave by a certain day. Then we were told we could come back but when I inquired for what period of time, I was again informed we would have to move the following weekend.
