I was sending a drl package. Service was good but they don't accept debit or credit like other businesses that send and receive drl packages.

It's our home away from home great staff. Great place.

As soon as we walked in our room, it was like we walked in the north pole. It was freezing and the heat system is difficult to figure out. No one wants to come to a motel/hotel and walk in the room and feel like you're gonna lose a toe because it's so cold. It should be netural and welcoming. The blankets looked off white, almost like they were covered in smoke and only washed a couple of times. There's no bathtub in our room, only a stand-up shower (which we weren't told) so we cannot even relax in the bath. They charge fancy hotel prices but don't want you taking baths or having a normal temp room. I was gonna rate one star but the second one is because it does have a breakfast from 6-9am but there's not much there. The eggs are powdered eggs. The workers never restock their bagels (that's the only thing I liked, free bagels.) The juice is watered down. Also, it took forever until the cleaning lady showed up to our room. I thought they were supposed to clean at lunch time but she came way latter, when we were already back from lunch. We had to leave again to let her clean. And she didn't even stock the bathroom properly. It's an okay place if you can't get anywhere else. But we're switching hotels/motels tonight. I don't think I will stay here anymore. (On purpose)

Great location in a quiet area near Paradise. Next to many amenities as well as highway to quickly get across 2 towns.

Usually stop there to catch the DRL bus, haven't had the opportunity to check it out. The renovations look really nice though!
