Had a Samsonite trolley in very good conditions. Got this elsewhere. Unfortunately during a travel one of the 4 wheels got damaged making the whole trolley unusable... Contacted Samsonite who could not send spare parts to fix it and suggested to contact local dealer. Travel Bug was the only option. Went there and found a very nice person who listen to the whole story saying they would all they could to help contacting Samsonite themselves. After about a week received a call from the store that my trolley had been replaced with a brand new Samsonite at no cost to me!! Although this new trolley is smaller in size than my previous one I still like it and very much appreciated the customer care of this young lady who helped us on this case. Very nice store as well. Hope this review will help someone else in similar situation. If you happen to be in St. John's and walk in Water Street, spend some time in their store, very nice people and products!!

This small boutique travel store is a must visit for shopping in St. John's, as well as it's sister store beside it, the Bee's Knees. Sustainably sourced, unique, high quality products line the shelves, including travel accessories, packs, luggage, books, and great gift ideas.
