Omg, I asked for 5 different things. FinAlly ended up with a coffee cause she Refused to "fix up my bagel" from the menu as she described. But if I bought the bagel I could do it myself. It's on the menu. Not sure what the deal was, I wanted nothing as a substitution. Frustrating place to go.

It tends to get busy quick at this location. Some items will to sell out quick. Small location so you don't have the selection of a bigger location. But for a small town in the north it's something.

Service here can be EXTREMELY slow - staff can’t work either efficiently or quickly as can be seen during their peak hours. They’ve also given me the wrong items 3 times, and I’ve only been here a couple weeks. Only good place about this location is that it’s a Tim Horton’s.

Decent food, coffee and customer service. Pleasant atmosphere to sit and have a coffee with a friend.

Food offerings are inconsistent, however it's so nice to be able to grab a coffee or tea here.
