Spent many a summer with my kids here! Beautiful full service campground lesser expensive than most. Great play areas. Close to many tourism attractions. Great place just to stay & unwind. Safe area, staff helps with anything you ask & they live up to their name... after you've tried the rest Dunromin is the best! Now as being almost a senior looking forward to heading there again!

One of the absolute best campgrounds I have been to. The grounds are so pristine. The washrooms are always being cleaned. There are activities every weekend during the summer. You can see the owners are making improvements and upgrades each year. This year the big improvement waa a new pool.

I have to be honest: I've never heard of Dunromin before, but now that I've been there, I'm "dunsearchin'. 😁 What a fantastic campground. It's very clean and tidy. The transient sites are well laid out, and the seasonals look really happy to call this their 'second home'. The kids really enjoy the playground and pool, both being nice and clean. There's lots of garbage cans around, so there's no trouble or inconvenience to sort your trash and drop off your 'doggy bags. A couple of the lower tent sites had standing water on them, but that's almost to be expected from the two nights of heavy rain while we were there. Being Canada Day weekend, not an empty lot to be seen. That really made me appreciate booking ahead, for one of their double wide 3-Way lots. All in all, you can see that I've left a five star review. The owners, and staff, have made this place truly deserving of such. Should you decide to make this your destination, remember one thing: they have a 10kph speed limit. Stick to it. There are kids everywhere, having the time of their lives. Dunromin, thank you; we'll see you again.

Stonehorse Cafe: Teacher (on a school camp) Review: The Café was open at 7:00am which was perfect for an early riser in search of a cup of tea and a warm, dry place. The food was homemade and really good. I appreciate that the strawberry rhubarb jam wasn’t too sweet. The atmosphere was really welcoming; the art on the walls and the log framing were inviting touches. As a business, they made many sustainable choices - Mason jars instead of disposable cups, no straws, paper bags instead of plastic. However they could try paper takeout containers instead of styrofoam.

Love bringing the kids camping here. Lots to do, friendly people. Great place to go.
