Really nice staff. Extremely nice clean bathrooms. We stayed for 1 week. The kids had a blast. We didn't have any hassle pertaining to the rules - they were lenient which was nice. Our firepit was located in a bad spot - no matter what time of day our fire was going the smoke was just encasing our trailer, we couldn't have any of the doors or windows open. Nor could we have the fan running because it just sucked the smoke in. The only alternative was to not have a fire ..... ya right haha not while camping. Sadly the pool wasn't open but they said it would be soon they were just waiting for something An FYI - as you can see on the map the campground is located very close to the road. You could constantly hear vehicles and at rush hour the cars were just lined up on the street. A nice view of the 401 from the park, made you happy knowing you were on vacation as opposed to be stuck sitting in that. Occasional sound of a train horn during the daytime only. If it sounded at night we never heard it. Overall nice site, great staff.

So nice and staff is friendly and accomodating. Would like to see more garbage bins (end of laneways) and better communication when needed. Water was out and there was no communication when it went out or came back on. Other than that I highly recommend and would return.

Friendly staff, stupid bylaws. Unless you're okay with 15 mins of pool time, then this is the place for you. Sites are clean, shaded and showers are great. Also no fire works to celebrate the best country in the world (due to bylaw).

Probably one of the quietest campgrounds I've stayed at in a while. Also probably the nicest restrooms I've ever seen at a campground. Did not spend much time other than sleeping there, so, don't remember anything else. It's a little bit of a drive from Toronto. There are other places that are closer but noisier.

A large and beautiful campground with huge, wide open spaces and green grass everywhere. We had a back in site (J14), which meant we faced a huge, wide open tenting area that was completely empty when we were there. Check in was easy, and staff was helpful and friendly. Road are easily navigable. Site was somewhat level, although one of the back, outside tires was off the ground when we leveled with our jacks. 50 amp power was stable. No cable TV, and no enclosed dog park. Wide open view to Dish satellites so locked on to all three satellites. I found the WiFi to be reliable, but we were there during the week and the park was not full. Highway noise was quite noticeable. We've camped in places close to freeways before and have not heard the noise inside our motorhome, but this time we did. Water faucet was not mounted on a pole but was at the end of a hose that came out of some odd in-ground concrete structure. There was a power outage one day we were there, which resulted in the water pressure going down to zero. It returned a few hours later, but then we got a phone call saying that the water should be boiled before drinking. As a result, when we got to our next destination, I had to flush our fresh water system and change the filter. This was the first campground I've ever seen post a notice that drones are not permitted. That was disappointing since the property is beautiful. Despite the water issues and highway noise, I would still stay there again if in the area.
