Facilities are upto the mark. There are many things there for the kids to enjoy. The rest of the staff are nice, polite and helpful. Location is bad as you continuously hear the traffic on the busy 401 highway as well trains passing on the nearby railway line. This is particularly annoying during the night time and when long freight trains pass by. All this was still manageable. However our camping stay was completely ruined by the owners of this KOA campground.. It turned out to be our worst camping experience ever. The owner Richard was rude, threatening and intimidating. We clearly felt some kind of profiling too. Susan, the other owner, was not rude but awfully nagging. I now understood the reason why this KOA campground was more than half empty even during this peak summer season whereas the other KOA campgrounds in 1000 Islands, Ivy Lea and Kingston, were completely booked. So please be aware and don't blindly book this place just going by the KOA brand.

This place is great for families. Lots of activities for kids. Heated pool for any weather swimming. Well kept sites and friendly staff. Very easy to get to. Don't expect any "nature" camping, more of a near place to get together with other families

Was clean and staff were awesome. Show each trailer to their site and assist in backing up. Sites are large. Very clean.would highly recommend

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the camp and surrounding area. Treated my wife and I like family. Never really watched how much they spend with you. I would recommend this Koa to everyone. 😀 Go for it

Excellent service, found us a spot even if we had no reservation on Canada day weekend.
