Super nice staff. An excellent place to buy your next RV.

Disclosure - I am a customer, but otherwise I have no connection to Cornwall Camping. If you read my other reviews, you will see I seldom give out five stars - I reserve that distinction for establishments that are truly superior. Cornwall Camping deserves all five stars. From the low-pressure and very helpful sales to the excellent and friendly service, to the no-nonsense warranty support -- Cornwall Camping is the one place I wish all other businesses would emulate. The owners and staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Recently I had an emergency repair, and Cornwall Camping took my RV in without delay and fixed it on the spot. The only time Cornwall Camping made a mistake, they phoned me to tell me about it (rather than waiting to see if I'd notice) and one of the owners (Martin) promised to fix it at their cost, which they did. I recommend Cornwall Camping to anyone without hesitation or reservation.

Just went into the Cornwall Camping Centre just looking for some advice on a trailer that was purchased there. My being a total newbie at camper trailers I was just looking to learn a few things from the pros. Turns out they are completely uninterested in helping people who haven't purchased from them. Even potential future clients. She told me she doesn't deal with secondary buyers and that I'd have to go back to the guy I bought it from to ask my questions. So apparently they don't service trailers unless they were purchased from them directly. They have no interest in customer service. Use caution folks, purchase elsewhere.
