We had a great experience. There was quite a bit of wind and also a bear that put a bit of a damper on our weekend however neither of these were a fault of the campground and thus the 5-stars. Everything within their control was top notch. We will be returning.

Incredibly friendly and helpful owners, were very helpful when we had an issue with our camping equipments. Overall clean and lots of amenities.

Spent 1 week in August in the very comfortable Lexi cottage. Lovely camp with beautiful waterfront for swimming. Ideal for kids of all ages. Quiet and back to nature, with the Bruce trail and Bruce peninsula at your fingertips. Super location. It was our first year here, but we will be back next year. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful owners, Mike and Jenny.

I stay on this campsite recently and I had very positive experience. I liked my little campsite with the view on the lake (I had small two person tent) and the owner Mike really went out of the way to help. I came there on spare tire, he call garage , set appointment for me and I was able to fix that. My goal was to hike Bruce trail, so I did , using my car and my bike for shuttle. When on second day end I was going to bike 22 km to retrieve my car and rain was coming they give me a ride for what I was so greatfull (thanks to young man from Montreal who works there, sorry I forgot your name). I was even able to get some paddle on the lake last day (had my kayak ) after my check out time. What really surprised me it is amount of equipment for guests to use, bikes, games, tennis table, floating devices, big playground for kids. It is rugged not luxury, but don't we all look for that? Bears are there, yes, quite often it is customer fault, I have seen my young neighbors going for day hike and living food coolers in dining tent ( that mesh is going to stop bear, really) despite pep talk the owners give to everyone. I had my own first meeting with black bear on the trail and it wasn't so bad. In conclusion I will go back to that place in the future but if you 5 stars hotel material maybe it's not for you. Happy camping to all, Alina

This campsite was pretty good, we rented the tent site by the lake, though it was a bit cramped up, not too secluded from others, not a lot of flat surfaces, we still enjoyed our stay because of the lakeview, beautiful sunset, stargazing, activities at the playground, and friendly staff! Bathrooms were decently clean, and firewood weren’t overpriced like others. Totally would come back!
