We couldn't have been happier with our stay. All the amenities were great, especially the cleanliness of the washrooms and showers. The owners provided excellent customer service and we found Parry Sound to be a fantastic place to just kick back and relax for the week. We will definitely be back.

To start off my reason for 1 star is the person driving the tractor was so rude leaving the kids behind saying "I will be wasting gas" even though the camp ground is tiny, causing the kids to cry back to the cabin. Second is the customer service they are cheap and just want income. Finally the loud and annoying train near the Camp Site, we were trying to sleep but couldn't as the train was roaring loud beside our cabin causing the little ones to cry.

Parry Sound KOA doesn't seem like the usual KOA. No highway or airport noise. A woodsy setting with spacious campsites. Friendly family owned with very clean facilities. The only problem is a train that runs by frequently with a very loud horn. In spite of that, we would still stay here again. Very Nice!

The staff here is awesome. Me and my girlfriend love coming here. The stars at night are truly amazing and there are plenty of things for the young ones to do. There are wagon rides, a mini-putt course and of course the pool. Parry sound is just a short drive away and there is a cool little dock that you can fish at just a 5 minute walk from the site.

After aggregating numerous trips to various KOA Camping locations, Parry Sound KOA was by far the worst experience. At first sight this campground is extremely small and had fewer activities than other locations. Furthermore, on our second day we took the kids to the tractor-pulled wagon and were denied due to being a few minutes late. The owner complained it's a waste of gas, leaving our children feeling a bit gloomy the rest of the evening. Also the campgrounds is situated right next to a busy train track causing a loud periodic noise while enjoying the "quiet" wilderness. All in all it seems this smaller campsite is more so concerned with generating revenue rather than customer satisfaction; Which is what camping is all about, the family experience. Save your money and visit a different site.
