I brought our little pop-up in for servicing last week for the first time. We bought it privately, used, late last season. Being new to this kind of camping, we had many questions about our little camper! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful!!! The mechanic, whose name I have sadly forgotten, was very patient and kind and oh-so-helpful. He walked me through each and every aspect of the camper. He gave me tips on how to get the most out of it. Ritchie, at the service desk, gave me a great deal on a pair of roof racks for the car. He, too, gave me some great tips! We'd been to another camping centre in Cornwall (much closer to home) last season. Staff there were rude and dismissive. We will drive the 50 minutes to Alexandria Camping Centre. We are treated with respect. People who work there seem to genuinely care about each other and seem to truly love working there. They know what they are talking about. And, when the time comes for us to replace our little pop-up, this is where we will be coming!

We bought our new 5th wheel in June , the sale staff and service repair staff were excellent .We had minor repairs and the staff made us feel at ease while they working. We looked at few other dealers, but this family owned business was above and beyond others We are very happy thank you. Alexandria camping center

Purchased a Grand Design Imagine 2500RL on 09/15/2017. Patrick gave us a no pressure, feel easy sale experience. I was impressed by the pricing policy, to reduce net price following the Cad currency going up against the US currency. Delivery was Friday the 22nd, and a number of people made the experience enjoyable, fact finding and professional. I recommend Alexandria Camping center to anyone who wish to purchase a Travel Trailer, and make it a fun and honest experience. Thanks to Patrick, Gabriel, Dominic.

After purchasing a used trailer for our Maritimes family vacation this past summer. There are not enough words to describe how the staff at Alexandria Camping Centre were so very helpful, informative and took care of us from day one when we met them. A huGe Thank you to Pat, Richie and Amanda. My wife is already hinting trailer "Upgrade".
