Stayed on a unserviced tent site and the price was right (about $24 all in). On the web site it shows all of the amenities that are available and if they cost extra or not. Splash pad and mini golf are indicated that they are included, but we were charged for mini golf and the splash pad was not even operating (even though it was about 30 degrees C and sunny). The pool had a faint but foul smell to it and was freezing cold. Overall the site is pretty clean. WiFi seemed to work well throughout the site and check in and check out was simple as was reserving the site. I would likely return, but only because for a simple tent site it is cheap. The cold, smelly pool is an issue though.

I found the staff to be rude & miserable. Walking into the office we were NEVER greeted with a smile. Pool was closed early & open hours later than posted, due to no lifeguard even though there are signs posted saying no lifeguard on duty. There was no hot water in rental & no maintenance person after 5pm until 9am. The convenience store doesn't open til noon during the week. The WiFi was awful as well. I will definitely NOT be returning.

THE CABINS HAVE MICE! We stayed in one of their cabins for a weekend at the beginning of June and discovered there was a mouse in our cabin the first morning. At the office they seemed shocked that there were mice and gave us traps to set out. We caught it that night. When we checked out, we asked if there was anything they could do for us in terms of compensation for the inconvenience and Lisa told us no and that “all of the cabins have mice”. Funny that they acted shocked only a day earlier. We understand that things happen and cabins have mice but they should be trying to fix the problem by filling the holes where they are getting in (found after about 30 seconds of looking) or at least setting out traps! We were offered 20% off our next stay but we don’t stay with mice so that will be useless. Poor customer service and bad attitudes to say the least.

Well Pam, you're a liar. There are no downed power lines. This is a known issue because we have been camping here every Canada day and labor day weekend for four years. Every time the temperature hits 85 degrees there are power outages for hours at a time. The worst thing is the staff is rude about it and not a single member of management has came around to apologize or see if everyone is ok. Offer free ice or cold water, something. Treat us like customers.

This place is awesome! Very kid friendly, lots of activities for the children. Bikes to rent. Outdoor movie. A dance. Set up a slip n slid. Chocolate bar bingo! It was a great for us as a family. We love it here!
