Recently took my dog to Camp Bow Wow! My dog two days later had Infectious tracheobronchitis, commonly known as kennel cough. I wouldn't suggest taking your dog here. They admitted they had a outbreak and were contemplating shutting it down and cleaning....The employees are very nice and friendly but my dog getting sick was my last straw. Hope they can clean up there act.

We used to take our dog to Camp Bow Wow in Shelby Township- the staff loved her and we never had a problem. We took her to the Troy location for the weekend. Not once was she on the video- we had a 4 hour car ride up North and I checked multiple times for extended periods of time. When I went to pick her up, I asked why we never saw her on video- the kid at the front desk asked what time I looked.... I explained all day Saturday and Sunday. I asked if they kept her in her cage all day and he said no. We also provided enough food for 3 days stays (just in case) with instructions to feed 1.5 cups 2ce a day- our food container came back empty. When we got home, our dog went to her food dish, which she only does during feeding times. Lastly she has been coughing all day and threw up all over the house today. All that said- we will never go back and will not recommend them.

Staff was friendly. I enjoy watching the webcams while my dogs are there. The staff understood the feeling of a first time fur baby being dropped off and picked up. We will be taking them back.

I love everything about CBW services. No where else could I leave my dog for days and have her get the same level of treatment and love that I would give her.In addition to the level of treatment, knowing that she is socializing, making friends and having fun makes it even better. Being able to pick her up and see how calm and peaceful she is and not having to give her a bath when we get home (as we would if she were in a boarding facility), is just the icing on the cake. You guys are consistently awesome. Rosie can't wait to come back to see you in a few weeks!

I feel comfortable knowing my dog is in the care of Camp Bow Wow! Love that I can watch her wherever I am.
