A nice campsite that is so accessible to Ottawa. We took a group of Scouts on a bicycle camping trip here and had a great time. There's excellent bike paths nearby plus some nice walking paths to explore. Some of the walking paths go to mounds that look strange and spooky at dusk.

I highly recommend this park. Fun to cycle the loops, we stayed in a small cabin. Lots of trees and close to the highway for shopping and access to Ottawa.

campground is the closest to downtown Ottawa that I could find. Friendly staff, decent size sites. From there it needs some work. The restroom facilities were clean but need some updating. Sites while large need more gravel, a bit muddy when it rains. Usually like to take public transportation when staying near towns, its available (about 4 Km away) however not very convenient as the busses are infrequently scheduled. Its near the highway so there is some road noise.

This was the first time I had ever gone to see the magic of lights at Wesley Clover Park. My expectations were fairly low, really not knowing what we were going to see. To my surprise, this was a great light show. we got there a half an hour early, grandparents and almost three-year-old in the car. Not ideal, as we were now having to sit and wait for it to open. Within 5 minutes, one of the staff came to the gate and walked over to let us know that it wouldn't be long and that someone would let us in a little earlier. They didn't need to do that, of course, but we were pleased. I don't know about the rest of the services offered here, as we only experienced this one event. Having said that, we may explore other things during other seasons now that we've had this positive experience. Have fun.

I stayed here for a few nights during my trip to Ottawa. It is nice here and there are a lot of trees and shade. I would recommend this place.
