I am a newbie to the travel trailer world. I bought a small trailer last summer at a different RV centre. I adore my trailer, but I received almost zero training on it. I did have my trailer winterized at Camping In Style last October, which was fabulous. I came in this morning after Barb suggested that she could have a look at my pump - which was not pumping properly. I did get there a little bit early, but Ryan stepped in and was able to help. Not ONLY did he solve my pump issue, he also walked me around my entire trailer and taught me the necessary things that I did not learn before taking it home from the other dealer last summer. The service was incredible. And both he and his assistant were thorough and friendly for the entire visit. I cannot be more grateful to this fabulous place.

I have heard a lot of horror stories out there. We shopped around a great deal. 1st time owners. The crew here were awesome, worked with me to make it happen. Dave the installer, amazing. Got it right up to the deck and balanced solid. When the LED lights we had installed didn't work, they were up the next week. Works perfect. 10 year old unit. No leaks, no issues. Very pleased and will go back there for our next one. I know so many people that dealt with the dealers we were going to, sooo glad we ended up here. The sales, shop and finance all accommodating. No complaints at all.

Came in for some advice on a weight distribution unit. He patiently walked me through it. Then came out to the parking lot to check my work. He was very helpful and I am very thankful.

We had warranty work done on our fifth wheel trailer that we purchased a year ago. It was in shop for 3 weeks. Work done we are happy. But if I owned an rv dealership I would make sure every trailer that left either sold or in for service was spotless and washed clean. Ours could have used a wash but they don't go the extra mile I guess

Thank you so much Liz and the Camping in Style team, we love our new trailer. From purchasing to set up, your team was patient, professional and friendly. We will recommend Camping in Style to family and friends. A wonderful experience.
