Wife wanted to do season with our pop trailer, but sites too close together. Last year we camped weekends, Lakeside 1 and 2, which was nice. Was secluded enough but not interested camping beside lots of people.

Absolutely awesome fun here. Went camping here last summer for the first time with the family. Tent location was great, camp site was fantastic, things to do was perfect for us and the kids. Kayaking was a total blast and inexpensive for 4 of us. Would definitely go back here and will be going back here. The campsite is also inexpensive making this a very easy 2 or 3 night get away for everyone. Highly recommended if your looking for something to do and get away.

Absolutely great day of riding! A co-worker and I had the pleasure of testing out brand new mountain bike models for work and the 22km loop put us through our paces. Pay attention to the date as the loop runs clockwise or counter clockwise depending if the date is odd or even.

The lake is great for canoeing, although the fishing is hit and miss. Trails good for dog walking, biking, or just hiking. The convenience for city goers is perfect. Camping is sub-par as for privacy (sites open view), but prices reflect.
