This is an awesome place. When we arrived we realized we forgot marshmallows and matches . The owner found out, drove to the store and picked up both items for us and left them on our picnic table. When we were leaving I had trouble getting our trailer out so the owner chainsawed a large stump off to make it easier for us. The definition of going above and beyond. Great place to stay.

We found this campground while hunting on the internet. We've never been to the Bancroft area and decided to call and inquire. We are so glad we did! From the first phone call talking to Evelyn to our arrival and our stay, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The campsites are quite large and well laid out. The washrooms are clean with plenty of hot water. There is a microwave and washer available at the washroom building. Our first trip was so enjoyable, it turned into another with friends tagging along, and then a third in early October. If you're looking for a small, quiet piece of heaven, we highly recommend Little Mississippi Trails and Campground.

The peeps who gave the one star review are personally known to me and are solid individuals. Although a bit of a long story I think it speaks volumes.

Very nice quiet camp ground with friendly owners. There are canoes and kayaks available with no charge which was very much appreciated. The river itself is so beautiful, great for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing.

This is a great little park, you can tell that the owners really care about it. It's not big but it's very pretty, very quiet, there are canoes, kayaks, row boats, and a paddle boat.
