The mobile home I went to see ( to maybe purchase) was nice but the park itself was awful. It looked like a junkie trailer park out of the past. Nothing looks as good as the the pictures the realtor takes.

If you love birds, this is the park for you. I enjoy walking by the water . It's so beautiful there in the spring. People keep to themselves, but that's sometimes good. Management there has always been decent to me.

If Dave Burnett is still management! He is the rudest man ever! Treats woman as if they are stupid and tries to intimidate people especially seniors. This is the guy you would have to deal with if you have any concerns or questions. “Nightmare”!!! This is not a senior park. More owner kids and family live in this park. Park went to the dogs!!

Years ago when my grandparents lived here, under different management, the park was great. A nice quiet retirement community. Now, the word "retirement" on the sign at the front is a joke. You can't go 10 feet without kids running around or seeing toys on a lawn. The owners extended family all live there, and there are tons of kids and young families. I don't know how they can possibly call this retirement living. No updates have been made to the laundry facility in years, and there are no benefits to living there. No community center, no pool, nothing at all to make the park fees worth the price.

Owners are overly religious in my opinion, signs around park are tacky, religious quotes stuck together yet completely out of context. If you are considering a purchase in this park, I strongly recommend talking with those whom already have investments in trailers here, make sure you understand the risks involved, both with purchase and of course when/if you want to sell. It will be well worth your time and of course being an informed buyer is always wise.
