Gordon's Park is awesome! It is the first privately owned dark sky preserve in Canada, and it is absolutely beautiful! The staff are great, and the facilities are clean. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes actually camping and can appreciate nature. Even if you don't know much about nature they have a Nature Centre with all sorts of stuffed animals and books to help you learn about all the surrounding plants and wildlife. Love this place.

The little details are what makes Gordon's Eco Park really stand out for me. Everywhere you look, Rita & Terry have done something special to ensure every guest is comfortable. Every site has a stove table and pit. The bathrooms have little lights and just about every surface is painted with beautiful nature inspired paintings. You will not be sorry you stopped for a night or a month!

We stayed in the star viewing area and we had a clear night which allowed for great start viewing. Only lightly covered in trees so enough protection but lots of sky viable. We didn't have enough time to use any of the other services but it all looked good, and the service was friendly and helpful.

Went here for astonomy night on Thursday. They are dishonest and a money grab . They charged me 20 dollars for my 1.5 year old. Paid 90 dollars plus tax for a family of 4. One being an infant. At that point I changed my mind about going. The girl at the reception assured us that its worth the money. She said they have few telescopes set up for the guests. Well when we got to the obserbetary area, there was one broken telescope. The staff apologized and said they can answer any questions we have instead. The view of the stars wasn't any different from the view from my camp site. When I asked for my money back because the telescope was broken the girl at the reception said there is no refund policy. Don't waste your money with this place. You can just look up at the sky from anywhere on the island for free and you'll get the exact same experience.

This is my second summer working at Gordon's Park and I absolutely love it! It is a great environment to be working in and I love having the opportunity to meet so many different people. A fantastic way to spend my summer.
