Fit Body Boot Camp Woodbridge has been amazing. It is well organized and a pleasure to attend. The workouts are challenging, diverse and get results. Jemmoth is always helpful to ensure your form is correct and that you are meeting your goals. The environment is also very supportive - everyone is friendly and non-judgmental. It is easy to make these classes a regular part of your week.

Pleasantly Surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and the challenging workouts. It has improved my strength and motivated me to continue my fitness journey. Instructors are patient yet firm. Class sizes are not overbooked and stay creative providing different ways to exercise and trigger muscles. Highly recommended if you're looking for supervised/instructed fitness !
