I have been trying out regular Gyms for many years now but have not been satisfied. Tried the North York Boot Camp and simply loved it. Hansel is an amazing trainer who knows exactly how to push you to your limits, so that you achieve your goals. I highly recommend North York Boot Camp and would encourage all to come and try it out and experience it yourself. They give 3 free sessions. Come and try them out. I know, like me, you will be happy that you decided to join.

I absolutely love the class! I've never been one to exercise or do anything for myself until I decided to change my life around. Finding this boot camp has made me a happier more positive person with a lot more energy! I've changed alot since starting at the boot camp that even my husband has noticed the change n that says alot. You can feel the energy n good vibes when u walk thru the boot camp door. The owners r very nice, welcoming people who if u have any physical problems such as weak knees or back problems they modify the exercises so u don't hurt urself more. It's FANTASTIC!!! I am beyond happy that I decided to make the change n sign up for the class. I'm just a month in n I've already lost 8lbs 😊 not including the inches 😋 I am amazed when I look in the mirror n can see some physical differences.... I feel more confident! Thank u Juliet n Hansel !!! You guys ROCK!!!! I highly recommended this boot camp to everyone!
