Had an amazing first experience. It had rained a lot before the weekend and the sites were muddy staff were quick to help and fill in ruts they even offered us a mat to help keep the mud out of our trailer. Indoor pool was super clean as were the rest of the facilities. Our little guy had so much fun playing on the trampoline and going on the wagon ride. We cant wait to book again and come back :)

Lots of activities but everything is closed if camping during shoulder season - and no warning of this issue. My kids were extremely disappointed with this place because the hours and days of activities were not advertised during reservation booking nor at any time during our check-in. So they woke up on Sunday to find out that there’s nothing to do. This KOA is located very close to the falls but in a less-desirable location. Strip club almost next door and lots of seedy motels.

Received excellent customer service from Sandy the assistant manager regarding our site, due to much rain recently some of the rv sites were a little muddy and sandy took care of getting us a deluxe site which is paved. Thanks for looking after us sandy, we have been coming to this campground for about 8 yrs the customer service is always great, the campground is very well kept, pools and showers are very clean, it is definitely one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed in and we have been in a lot of campgrounds over the yrs. I definitely recommend this Koa

A good place to stay if you want easy access to Niagara Falls attractions. We took bikes and it was only a 25 minute ride to Clifton Hill. Park itself was very good.
